Curiosity about the interiors of derelict houses in Thessaloniki's Old Town led Anthimos Kalpazidis to create a photographic record that reveals sagging railings, deserted objects, empty spaces - the absence of those who once lived in and used them. His pictures invite us to use our imagination to revive their past image.
