Photography
is a way of connecting with other people. A few moments to
say a lot, portraying that which unifies us or separates us.
A fraction of a second to save something of the fragility
of an occasional encounter, which, however, may bear in itself
the richness of a long-lasting relationship.
In
South East Asia, the ability to communicate with the eyes
easily replaces the lack of a common language. This is why
travel is a means to learn another way of communicating with
others, with its richness and its limits.
In this hospitable place, I present to you a series of photographs
with the intention of showing that a glance can express more
than words can say.
